Pantelis Kotsiopoulos founded Chicago Future, Inc. in 1958 keeping in mind what his father had once written him “the one thing a father gives you...to use and cherish..is your name.” Today he himself has passed on that name (and those very words of wisdom) to his daughter Deanne and son Paul who are themselves Principals at Chicago Future.
Pantelis began his career in the real estate industry on Chicago’s north side, first in the residential sector and later in commercial. He was immediately energized by the possibilities of his early success in sales and soon found himself on the path to opening his own company. Now, over 40 years later, Chicago Future is proud to still be dealing with many of the same investors from its early days showing its continuity and flair for customer service.
The Chicago Future logo is itself a statement of Pantelis’ vision: The green color represents growth; the forward slant, an upward positive attitude. Today Chicago Future holds a diverse portfolio of properties in Chicago and suburbs and is known for its exclusive real estate, a mix of high-end residential and commercial office space.
